Christy Lee is a board-certified physician assistant in our Otolaryngology Department. She completed her undergraduate degree at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and her degree in physician assistant studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Christy has had post-graduate training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. She has been practicing as a physician assistant for 18 years. Prior to joining The South Bend Clinic, she has practiced as a physician assistant in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery at the Elkhart Clinic for 10 years. She also has experience in allergy & asthma and dermatology.
Christy is an associate member of the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Indiana Academy of Physician Assistants.
Christy is married to Dr. Robert Lee, who works as a family physician at The South Bend Clinic at our Ironwood Campus. Together, they have three children; Caitlyn, Connor, and Camryn who are all active in sports. In her free time, she is either traveling for her kid's competitions or playing tennis. Christy is an avid tennis player and is on multiple tennis teams at the South Bend Racquet Club. One of her teams placed second in the Midwest Championship this past winter.
