Sidrah Zaidi, M.D. completed her residency at University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky and her medical degree at Saint James School of Medicine in Bonaire, Netherlands-Antilles. She completed undergraduate education at University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Sidrah enjoys family medicine because no day is the same and she has the opportunity to care for both children and adults with a wide spectrum of diseases.
Her desire to become a doctor began during her childhood after she shadowed her aunt, also a family doctor, as she cared for an underserved population in Karachi, Pakistan. This experience sparked a special interest in global health. During her residency training, she travelled to various parts of Ecuador for medical missions.
Born in Pakistan and raised in Canada, Sidrah speaks fluent Urdu and Hindi.
She is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Her husband is also a doctor, an internist, and they have a young son.
They are excited to be part of the Michiana community to be closer to family.
When not working, Sidrah enjoys active outdoors, hiking, spending time with her family, and being creative in the kitchen.
She will be practicing in Downtown and at our Granger Campus.
