Family Medicine - New Carlisle: Office Closed, Phones Open for assistance

Immediate Care Centers (ICC):

• Eddy: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Internal Medicine - Eddy: Open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Internal Medicine - Granger: Open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Laboratory Hours:

• Lincolnway: 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Eddy: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Granger: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Portage: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (closed from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch)
• University Commons (UC): Closed
• Day Rd: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (closed from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch)
• Ironwood: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• MOG: Closed
• New Carlisle (NC): Closed

Ophthalmology: Open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pediatrics - Eddy: Open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no after-hours services)

Pharmacy: Open from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Radiology Testing: Open during regular hours across multiple locations

• If you do not see a service listed above, those locations will be closed on Friday, November 29, 2024.
• Family Medicine - New Carlisle will have phone support available, but the office will remain closed.
• Some locations may have adjusted hours for lunch breaks, so please plan accordingly.
