"Alice Shaw truly listens and expresses obvious concern about her patient's well-being. She has a heart and it shows. I consider her an asset to South Bend Clinic and she makes visits both pleasant and effective. For example, when I first arrived my blood pressure was higher than it should be. After speaking with Alice, she measured my blood pressure again and it was back to a normal range. It was the relaxing conversation and her concern for my well-being that helped me relax."
