"Brian Stowell is great, we love him. Seems just like a doctor, better than a lot of doctors even."

"My child is 10, and there were a few sensitive topics I wanted to bring up with the doctor without making her self-conscious. To handle this, I typed everything out ahead of time and gave it to the nurse when we arrived. When the doctor came in, he discreetly handed the paper back to me with his responses written on it. It was such a thoughtful and perfect way to address my concerns. I really appreciated his approach!"

"Bryan does an amazing job and is clearly up-to-date on current infections community as well as guidelines. He relates on a personal level, takes a complete history from my child and me, and does a thorough physical examination. His assessment was correct and plan was perfectly effective resulting In my child's condition rapidly improving."

"Not only did he answer questions with patience and repeat things, he also provided info I didn't think to ask. He warned us about fluid in the ears that could lead to ear pain. When that did happen I wasn't panicked. He took his time with us."

"Bryan is a trustworthy provider. He listened to the details about an issue we have been trying to address with our baby for the last 3 months without success and developed a two part plan that has resolved the issue within a week. He provided detailed information about what he thought the cause and appropriate treatment were for each of the issues and wrote down instructions for me to take home and follow. He is great at explaining things in enough detail to assuage anxiety, but in plain enough terms that a person without a medical background can understand. Bryan does not judge parents for not knowing everything or for asking questions about small concerns. He provides explanation and education and I trust him to provide care for my children."

"We always have a great experience at The South Bend Clinic. Dr. Briar and Brian are a great pair and we don't mind meeting with either. We have been going for the SBC for 18 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are amazing at providing top notch healthcare, understanding, reasonable and my kids always feel very comfortable going."

"Our son (first child) is gaining weight on the very low end of normal. We can tell health care providers are concerned despite my husband and I both being very small height and weight wise. Bryan took the time to explain as long as our son continues to gain his weight consistently, even though he's a little low (2nd percentile) that it's okay! When other healthcare workers and people tell you how little your child is, you start to get worried as a first time parent. Bryan gave us options of things we could do to help, like more frequent feedings or waking in the night, but also was respectful of the schedule we were on and thriving with. He provided a lot of reassurance that our son is checking out perfect everywhere else on examination, and that as long as he was a happy baby and not seeming unwell, we were doing our job as parents."
