I am a Licensed Clin­i­cal Social Work­er who is com­mit­ted to help­ing indi­vid­u­als nav­i­gate life’s chal­lenges and achieve their per­son­al goals in a sup­port­ive and com­pas­sion­ate envi­ron­ment. I believe that it is impor­tant to pro­vide a safe and non-judg­men­tal space where clients can explore their con­cerns and move towards growth and heal­ing. I believe in build­ing strong, col­lab­o­ra­tive rela­tion­ships with my clients, which serve as the foun­da­tion for mean­ing­ful change and heal­ing. I respect that each per­son has their own unique jour­ney, so I work close­ly with clients to empow­er them in mak­ing deci­sions that feel right for their lives. I have eclec­tic approach to coun­sel­ing, imple­ment­ing a strengths-based, per­son-in-envi­ron­ment, cog­ni­tive behav­ior, and trau­ma-informed care approach­es that are tai­lored to each indi­vid­u­als needs. In uti­liz­ing these approach­es, I endeav­or to assist clients devel­op aware­ness, cop­ing strate­gies, and con­fi­dence to make changes in their life. I have a spe­cial inter­est in work­ing with teens and adults who expe­ri­ence anx­i­ety and depres­sion. Fur­ther­more, I have expe­ri­ence sup­port­ing indi­vid­u­als through grief and loss, stress and trau­ma, life tran­si­tions, rela­tion­ship issues, and domes­tic violence.
Personal Interests
In my per­son­al life, I enjoy spend­ing time with fam­i­ly and friends, read­ing, writ­ing, singing, and traveling.
