I specialize in helping clients in orthopedic rehabilitation following injury and post-operative, whether for pain control, strengthening, improving range of motion and balance, or other orthopedic therapies.

I focus on physical therapy, which I developed when I injured myself, and learned first-hand how quickly the body responds and can be released from pain following targeted and appropriate treatment. I wanted to help others recover from injuries, as well.
