I believe that our bodies are designed to thrive in the correct environment. If we eat well, exercise, develop healthy relationships with our family and community, and have meaningful work, we will have the best opportunity to be healthy. As much as possible, I encourage my patients to pursue non-medical treatments for their problems.

Clinical Interests
I chose family medicine because I love doing everything in medicine: all different ages and types of problems.
Personal Interests
I spend a lot of time with my growing family. We love to hike, ride bikes, play games and sports, and read books (especially Harry Potter). On my own I like to make music (playing guitar or piano, and singing in choir at my church), exercise, do projects around the house, and spend time with friends.
