I bring a kind, gentle curiosity to my work with children and parents. Mr. Rogers said that anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.” I work hard to create a safe place where people can be vulnerable – whether that’s a child who needs some tools to manage big feelings or a parent who is looking for tools to improve their relationship with their child.
