I also believe that a healthy lifestyle is a crit­i­cal com­po­nent of health and well­ness. I encour­age my patients to take an active role in their health and hope that they feel empow­ered to share in deci­sion-mak­ing with me.

She makes eye contact and really listens. She makes suggestions and listens to concerns. She gives recommendation with an understanding that changing a lifestyle can be hard. She asks about other members of my family and works to build a relationship of trust."
